To upload and manage media for sale on CamSoda, follow these steps:
- Know the rules:
- Before you upload, know that music cannot be played due to copyright issues, and the same goes for any other copyright material such as a TV visibly playing in your clip. Please be mindful of this as it may lead to video muting.
- Don't upload content that would violate CamSoda's Terms of Service
- Go to your media page and select "Sell My Pics & Vids" from the drop-down menu, and tap Create New Media.
- Choose the type of media (pictures or video), provide a title, description, and #hashtags.
- Set a token price, make it free for registered users, or decide if you want to include it in or make exclusive to your Fan Club if you have one activated.
- If featuring other models with you, check the box indicating another performer and add their CamSoda model username. If they don't have an account, they must apply for age verification and identification purposes.
- You can choose to publish your media immediately or later. This option is available during the upload process.
- Decide if you want your video to be watermarked for DMCA purposes.
- Upload your media by dragging and dropping the file or selecting it. It will be pending review and you'll be notified once approved.
- Once approved, you can manage your media (edit thumbnail, video preview, view, hide/unhide, delete) from the edit menu on the media page.
- For unpublished media, select "unhide" to make it available for sale.
- To edit a video preview or thumbnail, adjust the selector and save.
- Sales statistics are displayed on each media thumbnail.
- Use the tweet / share button on the thumbnail to share new uploads if you've linked your X/Twitter account.
