PAYOUT INFORMATION
To receive payments as an independent model, you will need to provide accurate details including your address, your pay-to name, your preferred available payment method and minimum payout amount.
Pay periods are Monday through Sunday, ending at 23:59 UTC, with payments typically issued by the following Thursday. Our Accounting Department verifies payment methods and contacts you via their official CamSoda email address for any issues ([email protected]).
Required information for independent models:
- Tax Info:
- Tax ID type - SSN, ITIN, or EIN for U.S. citizens or entities
- Enter exactly as shown on your tax documents (include spaces and dashes)
- Tax Organization Type:
- Select from Individual, LLC (Partnership), C Corporation, S Corporation, or Other (provide details)
- Pay To Name:
- Enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification and tax forms
- Payments cannot be issued to others or unregistered entities
- Payment Information:
- Minimum payment amounts: $20 USD or $500 for international wires
- Payment methods include check (US & Canada), direct deposit (US only), domestic or international wire transfer, and Paxum (international models only)
- Contact our Accounting Department for other methods like Mass Pay and Uphold
- We do not currently offer model payments in cryptocurrency
Why does it say my payment information is under review?
- If your payment info is under review, accounting is in the process of verifying it and will reach out if more information is needed.
Where can I view information about my payouts?
- From the Tokens & Earnings page, you can:
- view or download information about your previous payouts under the Payout History section
- view information from this week under Current Pay Period which details broadcast tokens, media sales, total tokens with a tokens per hour breakdown, your broadcast time, and any contest bonus info.
- view pay periods broken down into default view, weekly, monthly, and bimonthly periods
- view or download your broadcast log and payout details
- view user stats for 90 days, for the year, or for all time
- view user referral stats and payouts
- view current contest information and leaderboards
- view or download your bonus payments log
- view latest news and information
Why did my tokens disappear?
- Don't worry - your tokens didn't vanish, they're being prepared and/or held for a payment!
- Tokens for the week are "cleared" at the end of each pay period, and if you've met the minimum payout amount that you have set, you will typically be paid the following Thursday. Each pay period lasts Monday through Sunday at 23:59 UTC.
- If you did not meet the minimum payout amount, those earnings will be rolled over until you do reach your set minimum, and then funds will be dispersed to you.
How can I update my payment information?
- You can update your payment information in the Payment Information Settings.
- Here, you can see your payment method, payment status, and Pay To info. Tap the Edit button to make changes. You may need to verify for security purposes before proceeding. We will send you a code via your registered email address.
