How do I set up a Golden Ticket Show?
A Golden Ticket show is a special show type where viewers will need to buy a ticket to watch or continue watching your broadcast. In other words, it becomes a type of group private show that only those who pay for a ticket can enjoy viewing.
To set up your Golden Ticket show:
- Tap the Show Type button above your chat box and select Golden Ticket
- Enter the admission cost to join your show, along with your show info / description.
- Select in minutes when you want to start your ticket show. Select None to begin immediately (after you tap the Start Show button).
- Decide if you'd like to sell a show recording while your show is in-progress
- Important: if you want to sell recordings of your show afterward, navigate to your Media page, tap the Add Golden Ticket Show button and toggle Golden Ticket Recordings on. After your show, you'll have 72 hours to add it to your media for sales.
- Choose if you want to auto-refund users that join right before your show ends.
- Select the Start Show button to apply the settings. This will not begin your broadcast - so ensure that you are streaming when you tap Start Show.
- Once you start your broadcast, users will be able to purchase tickets and join your secret show.
- Note the helpful chat commands that will assist you with managing your show.
- You may tap Start Show or Add Extra Time below your broadcast stats to make changes.
- When you're ready to end your Golden Ticket show, tap the STOP NOW button under Golden Ticket Show Controls below the broadcast window.
